What moves your price up or down?
1
Number of Pages
A website with five pages requires a very different level of planning, structure, and execution than a website with fifty strategically built pages.
2
SEO Depth
Some businesses need foundational SEO setup, while others are looking to build long term visibility through strategic content and site architecture.
3
Copywriting & Messaging
Clear messaging plays a major role in whether a website builds trust, communicates clearly, and converts visitors into leads.
4
Functionalities & Integrations
Booking systems, forms, CRM integrations, galleries, directories, and custom functionality all increase project complexity.
5
Existing Website Conditions
Redesigning and restructuring an older website often requires cleanup, organization, migration, and refinement behind the scenes.
What working together actually looks like
Phase 1: Fit call and proposal
Week 1 · About an hour of your time

We talk through your business, your goals, and what the site needs to do. If it's a fit, you get a proposal within two business days covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost - no surprises later. Sign the contract, make the first payment, and we're booked.

Phase 2: Discovery
Week 1–2 · About an hour of your time

You fill out one questionnaire covering your services, your ideal client, your brand, and the message you want to land. This is the only substantial homework in the entire project. Everything I write comes from what you tell me here.

Phase 3: Direction and design
Week 2–4 · Two short reviews

First a mood board, so we agree on the visual direction before any real work happens. Once you approve it, I build a full mockup of the site - every page, with your copywriting and imagery already in place. You'll see and approve exactly how the finished site will look and read before it gets built.

Phase 4: Build
Week 4–6 · Minimal involvement

I build the approved design in Wix Studio, set up your SEO foundation, connect any integrations, and optimize everything for mobile and tablet. You get a preview link and leave feedback directly on the site. We refine until it's right.

Phase 5: Launch and handoff
Week 6–7 · One walkthrough call

Final checks, launch, and a virtual walkthrough so you know how to update your own content (if applicable to your project's needs). Post-launch support runs 30 to 90 days depending on your package, so you're never left figuring things out alone.

Wedding & Event Planner | Website Design + Branding
Everything about the business said luxury except the website.
A decade in, Krystina Lynn was planning Michigan's high-end weddings on a site built for a much earlier version of her business. Here's how we rebuilt it around how luxury couples actually choose a planner.
