What that investment actually builds.

Residential Assisted Living | Website Design + Ongoing SEO
No reviews. No history. No way to be found.
Anchored Heart was a brand-new assisted living home in a business built on reputation. Here's how we built a site around how families actually search for senior care to establish trust, credibility, and visibility.

Custom Home Builder | Website Design
The work sold itself. Getting people to see it was the problem.
Bridgewater Custom Homes had the reputation and the work, but nothing a stranger could find online. Here's how we built their first site around how homeowners actually choose a builder.

Specialty Contractor | Website Design
The company was established. The website didn't show it.
Action Traffic Maintenance had built a 40-year reputation in the field. Their website hadn't kept up. Here's how we rebuilt it around how customers actually choose a contractor.

Wedding & Event Planner | Website Design + Branding
Everything about the business said luxury except the website.
A decade in, Krystina Lynn was planning Michigan's high-end weddings on a site built for a much earlier version of her business. Here's how we rebuilt it around how luxury couples actually choose a planner.

Mental Health & Wellness | Website Design + Ongoing SEO
The practice was still growing. The website had to keep up.
Dynamic Wellness Collaborative had a clear vision and a business in motion. Here's how we built a site that could absorb new services instead of being rebuilt around them.
Every SEO plan works on your existing site. Here's where it starts and stops.
There are two different reasons a website doesn't bring in work, and the difference matters when you're deciding what to spend.
The first is getting found: showing up when people nearby search for what you do. That's what SEO covers, at every plan level. The second is getting chosen: whether your site convinces people once they land on it. When that's the problem, the fix is a redesign, and that's a separate project.
SEO gets people to your site. Your site has to do the rest.

Included in every SEO plan

-
Google Business Profile management and review strategy
-
Listing consistency across directories and local platforms
-
New and improved service and service-area pages, written for you
-

Website redesign
a separate project
-
New design and layout built around how your clients decide
-
Positioning and messaging rewritten from the ground up
-
Full site structure and page plan rebuilt
-
Every page rewritten, not just optimized
-
New functionality: booking, forms, integrations

Custom design across desktop, tablet, and mobile
Timing matters.
SEO usually takes six months or more to start gaining traction. If your site needs a redesign, it's best to do it before or alongside SEO, not halfway through. A new site often dips in search before it climbs while Google re-evaluates everything, so pairing the two means the climb starts from a stronger foundation instead of starting over.
Which plan fits your business?
1
Number of Services
One or two core services usually fits Local. Several distinct services, each needing its own pages to rank, usually needs Expanded.
2
Service Area
Serving one community and its neighbors is a Local-sized job. Reaching across multiple towns or counties means more pages, more listings, and more ground to cover.
3
Competition
If only a handful of businesses compete for your searches, Local goes a long way. Crowded markets with established competitors take more consistent work to break into.
4
Starting Point
A solid, well-built site can put more of the plan toward growth. A site with a lot of cleanup needed spends more of the early months catching up.
5
Pace of Growth
Local builds steady, long-term visibility. Expanded is for businesses ready to make a bigger push and grow faster.
What working together actually looks like
Phase 1: Fit call and proposal
Week 1 · About an hour of your time
We talk through your business, your services, your service area, and the work you want more of. If it's a fit, you get a proposal within two business days covering scope, deliverables, and monthly cost, with no surprises later. Sign the contract, make the first payment, and we're booked.
Phase 2: Kickoff and audit
Month 1
You share access to your website, Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Google Analytics. That's the only real homework. From there, I dig into where you stand and who's showing up in your place, and you get a plan for what gets fixed first and why.
Phase 3: Foundation
Months 1 - 3
Technical fixes, on-page updates, Business Profile cleanup, and consistent listings happen behind the scenes. You won't see big changes in search yet, and that's expected. What you will see is your review campaign: a simple, ready-to-use system for asking happy clients for reviews, built and handed to you during this phase. Steady new reviews are one of the strongest signals in local search, and they start working for you right away.
Phase 4: Building & early movement
Months 3 - 6
New and improved service and service-area pages get written and sent to you for approval before they go live. This is usually when visibility starts to climb.
Phase 5: Growth and what's next
Months 6 - 12
The work keeps building on what the data shows, and every month you get a plain-English update on what changed and what's next. Toward the end of the year, we look at where you stand together and decide what comes next: keep growing, step down to maintenance, or wrap up.
