Repositioning a business to attract higher-end clients
Krystina Lynn’s original site worked, but it no longer matched the level of events she was planning or the clients she wanted to book. The redesign focused on refining the messaging and presentation so the website would naturally attract the right clients instead of every client.
Krystina originally reached out during a bit of a website emergency. We built her first site quickly so she had a stable, professional online presence and somewhere to send potential couples.
As her business grew, her work changed. She was planning more elevated events and wanted to attract a different caliber of client, but her website still spoke to a broad audience. The issue wasn’t traffic, it was positioning.
We rebuilt the site with a different goal: not just to explain what she offers, but to communicate the experience of working with her. The messaging, structure, and visual presentation were all adjusted to reflect a higher-end service and to help the right clients recognize themselves in her brand.
Instead of trying to appeal to everyone, the site now intentionally filters.
What changed
• refined service messaging
• clearer description of her process and experience
• content organized around client expectations
• presentation aligned with the level of events she produces
Result
The website now works as a pre-qualification tool, helping attract clients who value her expertise and reducing inquiries that weren’t the right fit.
